Our firm is now accepting applications for a Receptionist/Real Estate Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate must have excellent computer skills, be a good team player and have prior/current work experience with a Real Estate Closing Attorney. Benefits include a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience, a 8:00 – 4:30 work day with an hour lunch break, paid vacation, sick-leave and up to 5 paid holidays per year.
Job Type: Full-time Required experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year prior work experience in a Real Estate Law Firm supporting a professional team
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
- Listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills required to support high volume Real Estate Closings
- Knowledge and understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Typing skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy
- Ability to operate the following software: Qualia, LandTech, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check
