Position OverviewThe President / CEO will set the strategic direction of the company and oversee all aspects of operations. This leader will guide business planning, financial performance, and organizational development while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. The role requires a hands-on executive with deep industry knowledge and the ability to scale operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plan
- Lead all operational, financial, and commercial functions with full P&L ownership
- Drive profitability through disciplined financial management and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics
- Build and lead a high-performing management team and company culture

- 10 years of senior leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry
- Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management and strategic planning expertise
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving sustainable growth

- Experience leading sales strategy and managing key client relationships
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
