We are a growing organization seeking an exceptional Member Experience & Office Coordinator to become a key part of our team.
This is more than a traditional front-office position. You will be at the center of our member experience—welcoming members and prospective members, providing outstanding customer service, communicating confidently by phone and in person, and helping our team operate at a high level every day.
We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, organized, dependable, and confident communicating with people in both English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming, positive, and professional experience for members, families, and guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our members
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking members and prospective members
- Assist prospective members with information about our programs and services
- Follow up on inquiries and help ensure every prospective member receives excellent service
- Support scheduling, appointments, member records, and daily office operations
- Assist with reports, presentations, correspondence, and internal communications
- Coordinate and support special events, projects, and team activities
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Help ensure the front office operates efficiently, professionally, and with a high standard of excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish — required
- Previous experience in customer service, member services, office administration, hospitality, sales support, or a similar people-focused role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Occasional weekends are required for special events.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
