What are the responsibilities and job description for the Martial Arts Instructor position at Martial Arts (Taekwondo)?
Duties
- Plan and conduct (or follow and conduct) martial arts classes for students of all ages and skill levels
- Teach various martial arts techniques, including self-defense
- Provide instruction in physical education and fitness activities
- Educate students on the principles and philosophy of martial arts
- Demonstrate proper form, technique, and safety precautions
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Organize and lead martial arts demonstrations and event
Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in martial arts
- Ability to effectively teach and communicate with students of all ages
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for working with children
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire students
