Martial Arts of West End (MAWE) is looking for a positive, energetic, and dependable team member to join our growing family-oriented program.
Position Overview
We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in their lives. This role supports our After-School Program, Summer Camps, and Martial Arts programs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe, positive environment
- Assist with daily after-school and camp activities
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the facility
- Support instructors and staff with student activities
- Transport students for our After-School Program (driver position)
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with children
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Martial arts experience is not required, but is a plus
- Valid driver's license required for transportation duties
- CDL license is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Typical hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Monday- Friday.
- Additional hours may be available based on experience, skills, and program needs
