What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Sales Associate position at Marti & Liz Shoes?
Marti & Liz Shoes is now accepting applications for part-time Cashier/Sales Associate positions.
Cashiers/Sales Associates will be responsible for assisting customers and performing cash register functions accurately. Cashiers will help to maintain a positive company image and good work environment by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to our customers.
Candidates must:
- Be able to work a flexible schedule. This includes: evenings, nights, weekends and some holidays as required.
- Some evening and Saturday shifts will be required.
- Be able to work with money and numbers comfortably and accurately.
- Help to maintain a clean and organized store.
- Be able to perform duties that involve bending, stooping and lifting of up to 50lbs.
Qualifications:
- Honest
- Dependable
- A positive attitude
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Operate a calculator
- Operate a cash register and complete credit card sales
- Read and interpret price information
- Cash register experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
