Position Responsibilities

Sit on Investment Committee and coordinate with team on internal & external research process.

Meet regularly with current clients and potential customers regarding investment & financial solutions.

Support and help facilitate Audit and Compliance infrastructure.

Assist in general client service needs & requests for clients.

Be conversant with applicable core record keeping systems.

Manage and facilitate implemented financial software and planning platforms.

Coordinate various client transactions and general client service needs (when necessary).

Assist with planning and preparation of seminars, training, and presentation materials.

Follow-up on client documentation and transition validation (as needed).

Provide referrals to other areas of the bank.

Generate new business through branch educational meetings and referral networks.

Generate new business based on individual and department goals.

Any other duties or projects assigned by supervisor.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Experience: Brokerage administration experience required.
- Series 7, 66 required. Series 65 and Life/Health/Annuity licenses preferred.
- Strong commitment to customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills.
Salary : $79,262 - $89,174
