What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Photographer position at Marthaler Auto?
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Photographer. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality photos of our vehicle inventory to ensure accurate and appealing online listings. The position involves working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take initial photos of vehicles as they are traded in
- Capture final photos once vehicles have completed reconditioning and detailing
- Photograph new inventory, including a minimum of 5 exterior shots per vehicle
- Maintain consistency and quality across all vehicle photos
- Move and position vehicles as needed for photography
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to track vehicle status and timing
- Ensure vehicles are clean and presentation-ready before photographing
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic photography skills are a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments year-round
