What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Nurse – Hastings position at Martha Trust?
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Nurse who will help us make a difference, supporting adults with profound disabilities at our home in Hastings.
You will be a qualified nurse with a current registration and experience in a home care setting. You will need a good eye for detail, be confident with care plans and clinical paperwork and enjoy working with others to lead in making sure clinical and social care needs are planned, recorded, and updated. You will also work regular shifts in the role of nurse, leading a team to deliver excellent, person-centred care.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week. This will consist of both nurse and admin shifts according to the needs of the home.
Salary FTE (35 hours) £40,958.61 which is an equivalent to £22.44 per hour
The successful applicant will support the organisation through the promotion of the health and wellbeing of residents by providing compassionate care and excellent clinical skills while providing clinical-based support to the management team; as well as supporting and guiding the nurse team.
