Delivery & Pickup Team Member – Martha My Dear Rentals
Martha My Dear Rentals is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Delivery & Pickup Team. This role is essential in bringing our events to life—ensuring rentals are delivered, set up, and picked up with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload rental items safely and efficiently
- Deliver, set up, and install rentals at event sites (weddings, private events, venues)
- Break down and pick up rentals following events
- Ensure all items are handled with care and returned in good condition
- Follow event timelines and communicate with team members on-site
- Provide a professional and friendly presence when interacting with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for drivers)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (furniture, bars, etc.)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Experience in events, moving, or logistics is a plus
