Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and passionate Medical Esthetician/ Laser Technician to join our innovative skincare team. Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Operate laser equipment safely and effectively for hair removal, skin resurfacing, pigmentation correction, and other laser-based treatments.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales to promote skincare lines and aesthetic products aligned with client needs.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards in all treatment areas to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and loyalty.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
- Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments and radiofrequency treatments for various skin conditions with a focus on safety and precision.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Experience in retail sales of skincare products and ability to demonstrate product benefits confidently.
- Excellent sanitation practices to uphold hygiene standards during all aesthetic procedures.
- Ability to educate clients on aesthetic treatments and recommend personalized solutions based on individual skin types and concerns.
- Effective communication skills that ensure clear client interactions from consultation through post-treatment follow-up.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
