What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair reefer fleet equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and necessary repairs
- Rebuild and repair equipment components as needed
- Maintain accurate repair orders, including labor and parts documentation
- Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards
- Help keep equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready
What We're Looking For:
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- HVAC experience required (EPA certification can be attained while on-job)
- Preferred 1 year experience with single/multi temp reefers
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts and schedules as needed
