Urgent Hire: Wyoming, MI Spanish Speaking Caregiver 4-5 Hours per day Monday - Friday for one client with the opportunity for hours as well with different clients.

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home assistance with daily living activities and basic healthcare support to patients. The HHA will work under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services to ensure the highest quality of care, promote patient comfort, and support overall well-being in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide light housekeeping services such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition to the office staff.
- Assist with basic health-related tasks, such as medication reminders, and range-of-motion exercises (if trained).
- Offering companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Follow the care plan designed or created by management
- Documentation of the care that is provided and maintain accurate records according to agency policies.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain a current CPR certification.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not necessary
- Experience: Previous experience in home care or caregiving preferred but not required
- Other: Must have reliable transportation, Valid Driver License and Active Auto Insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check. No Felony convictions.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
