Busser, Food Runner, Server, Dishwasher

We are looking for dependable, hardworking, energetic team members who are passionate about hospitality and providing excellent guest experiences. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

BUSSER / DISHWASHER

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers with maintaining clean and organized dining areas.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, silverware, and trash from tables.
• Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish area and surrounding workspaces.
• Sweep, mop, empty trash, and assist with general restaurant cleaning duties.
• Restock service stations, glassware, silverware, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support the entire team when needed.

Qualifications:

• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting reasonable loads.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

SERVER

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and in a timely manner.
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to their needs.
• Pre-bus and maintain clean, organized tables throughout service.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Complete assigned opening, running, side-work, and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, bussers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management.
• Follow all restaurant policies, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.

BARTENDER

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to bar guests.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, beer, wine, menu items, and current specials.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system.
• Verify identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and restaurant policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and sanitary bar throughout the shift.
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, syrups, and other bar ingredients as needed.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when products or supplies are running low.
• Complete opening, running, and closing duties.
• Wash and polish glassware and maintain clean bar equipment.
• Work effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Practice responsible alcohol service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during high-volume service.
• Dependable, professional, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must meet all legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
