High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of experience performing or inspecting contractual services. Working knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK to prepare reports required.

Summary
Inspects, monitors, and reviews all work performed by external contractors related to the authority's parking facilities and park-and-ride services to ensure compliance with MARTA's performance standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Inspect, monitor, and review work completed by outside contractors, such as parking facility maintenance, to ensure compliance with contract and MARTA performance standards.
- Evaluate contractors' performance and calculate deductions from the contractor's fee for poor or no performance. Processes pay applications for approval with proper documentation.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports on contractor performance for review by the Parking Facilities Analyst. Identifies current or potential problems with contractors and notifies management. Maintains up-to-date records on contractor performance and notifies contractors in writing.
- Assists in developing various contract specifications and outlines the scope of work.
- Provides prospective contractors with site-specific details and conducts site tours.
- Attends pre-bid conferences.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
