Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinician, based in Southern, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services to children and young adults, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer counseling in individual and group settings. The Clinician will also be responsible for referring clients to appropriate services and participating in community outreach and education initiatives. The role involves maintaining accurate client records and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the provision of high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Skilled in providing individual and group counseling
- Knowledgeable in offering supportive referrals and resources
- Ability to maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Relevant licensure or certification is required
- Experience working with children and young adults is a plus
