Summary

We are seeking a Server to join our dynamic team at Marshland Restaurants. Located in Plymouth (Manomet area) you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your contributions will help uphold our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests.
• Manage cash handling procedures, including operating the cash register.
• Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Utilize Toast or similar systems for reservations and table management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
