What You Will Do
- Guide members through the entire mortgage process, from application to closing.
- Provide personalized loan options and calculations tailored to member needs.
- Originate, review, and process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, real estate agents, and loan processors to ensure smooth, timely closings.
- Ensure all mortgage activities comply with TRID, state, and federal regulations.
- Support consumer lending when needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with members, realtors, and community partners to promote mortgage services.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- At least 3 years of mortgage loan officer experience preferred.
- Must qualify with NMLS.
- Previous consumer lending experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential information.
