**Location** WI, Park Falls **Specialty** Internal Medicine **Visas Accepted** H1B or J1 **Practice Details** Marshfield Medical Center - Park Falls is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established rural health center in Park Falls, Wisconsin. National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site. * Traditional practice providing both outpatient and inpatient care * Join a collegial group of 2 other physicians and 4 APPs * Work closely with all departments and a well-supportive care team, including RNs who are wound care trained * Multiple specialty providers frequently rotate onsite * Call is a 1:3 rotation for the hospital; Nurse line is 1st call for outpatient (Phone call only) * Clinic, dental center, and critical access hospital (10 beds) are located on the same campus * Excellent work-life balance (support for job sharing) * 4-day work week flexibility We strongly encourage our physicians to be involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education for years to come. **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
