Job Title: Audiologist Cost Center: 301451032 Minocqua-Audiology Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Employee Type: Regular Work Shift: 40 Normal (United States of America) Job Description: JOB SUMMARY Marshfield Medical Center Minocqua is recruiting for a full time Audiologist to join it's team. The Audiologist is a practitioner who evaluates diagnoses and quantifies treatment of hearing and vestibular related disorders, and directs and implements auditory rehabilitative intervention. The individual provides high quality, efficient, auditory health care to various patient populations and performs in a manner consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health Systems’ mission, policies and initiatives while maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: Master’s degree in audiology or related field Preferred/Optional: None EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: None Preferred/Optional: Two years’ experience dispensing hearing instruments and performing diagnostic services CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position. Minimum Required: Audiologist license awarded by the State of Wisconsin. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire. Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Marshfield Clinic Health System is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
