We are looking for an experienced Automation & Electrical Controls Engineer to join our high-performing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex problems, and want to see your ideas turn into reality on the factory floor, this is the opportunity for you. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design, specify, and implement advanced electrical control systems for automation projects. 

• Program and optimize robots (Fanuc), PLCs (Allen Bradley), HMIs, and CNC equipment (HAAS). 

• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving to improve real-world manufacturing processes. 

• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to design custom fixtures and automated systems. 

• Develop and execute in-house testing and validation procedures. 

• Collect and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field, preferred

• 5 years of hands-on experience in automation, controls, and system integration. 

• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, Fanuc robots, and/or HAAS CNCs. 

• Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical and/or Autodesk Inventor. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture.
