Service Technician

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform pre-closing and warranty-related work according to schedule, including adjusting doors and locks, repairing door leaks, caulking, touch-up paint and stain, repairing or replacing trim and doors, and re-keying doors.
• Conduct pre-walks prior to home closings to identify and fix items in need of repair.
• Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are ready for the workday.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work directly with homeowners when needed and provide a positive experience.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of construction or related experience and a strong understanding of finish work, door installation, and basic carpentry skills. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, able to read a tape measure, and have a working knowledge of safety procedures. Strong organization, the ability to work independently, and a positive attitude are essential. This role requires the ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
