Auburn Ridge is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry and millwork for residential builders. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician I to help keep our equipment, facilities, and work areas running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Support basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, production equipment, and facility repairs.
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic adjustments.
- Inspect equipment and work areas and report unsafe conditions, defects, or needed repairs.
- Assist with moving, unloading, and installing equipment as directed.
- Help maintain clean, safe, and orderly exterior areas through general groundskeeping.
- Keep tools, supplies, parts, and maintenance areas organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and safe-use practices for tools and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in maintenance, general labor, facilities, groundskeeping, or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundskeeping, or general facility maintenance preferred.
- Willingness to learn and safely use hand tools, power tools, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize potential safety concerns.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to follow direction.
- Ability to stay active throughout the day and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
