Join our Wealth team as an Assistant Client Service Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting advisors and delivering exceptional client experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and looking to grow within the financial services industry while gaining hands-on exposure to wealth management operations.
Responsibilities
- Support advisors and operations with daily client service needs, including account maintenance, reports, and documentation
- Assist with opening new client accounts and ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete
- Process money movements, check requests, and custodial-related items
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Prepare materials for client meetings and run reporting as directed
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
- Reconcile and troubleshoot daily custodial alerts
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow compliance, workflow, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
- FINRA licenses not required; however, if licensed, must have a clean U4/U5 with no regulatory disclosures
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical and regulatory standards
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
