Position: Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach
Reports to: Athletic Director
Job Title: Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach
Status: Seasonal (Spring sports season)
Position Overview: Oversee aspects of the Marshall girls’ lacrosse program within the bylaws of the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) and in line with the mission of Marshall School.
Responsible for developing a team culture that is in line with Marshall’s Mission Statement is required – this includes ethical behavior and respect for the game and our student-athletes.
The successful Marshall Girls’ Lacrosse Coach will be able to motivate our individual student-athletes and the team to perform at their highest levels by teaching individual skill development and contest performance planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years coaching experience at high school level preferred
- A strong desire to work closely with students and colleagues in and out of the classroom.
This position is a seasonal, part time stipend position. The stipend range is $4000-$4800/season.
