- Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment at all times.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize project delivery.
- Supervise on-site safety practices using tools like Ohmmeter for electrical checks or other specialized equipment as required.
