Marshall's Marine, a family owned boat dealership, with locations in Lake City and Georgetown, SC, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Lake City. This customer facing position combines product knowledge with consistent prospecting, responsive followup, accurate sales paperwork and customer care through delivery. Experience in marine, powersports, or related sales is preferred.
Resposibilities:
Help walk-in, phone and online customers identify boats, motors, trailers and accessories that fit their needs and intended use.
Learn current new and pre-owned inventory, model features, product options and competing products; provide accurate, honest information.
Respond promptly to assigned leads and follow up consistently by phone, text, and email under dealership policies.
Keep customer conversations, appointments and sales outcomes accurately documented in the dealership's designated CRM.
Coordinate with finance, paperwork, rigging, service and parts teams for smooth handoff and delivery.
Develop repeat and referral business through professional follow-up and customer relationships.
Participate in dealership events and regional boat shows when scheduled.
Maintain professional showroom presentation and flag incorrect product or listing details to the appropriate team.
Complete required training and work toward sales expectations established by management.
