- Elevate operational consistency, compliance, and financial controls across assigned locations
- Analyze performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead focused action plans to reduce shrink, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen execution
- Conduct regular field visits to coach store teams and reinforce standard operating procedures
- Support Multi-Unit Managers with operational expertise, allowing them to focus on people and sales performance
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, merchandising execution, and inventory flow
- Ensure adherence to company policies and airport/resort regulatory requirements
