The Director Tech and Sales Enablement, provides strategic direction and leadership to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience across all InMotion stores. This role champions the InMotion brand, strengthens store culture, and ensures consistent alignment between commercial, operations, and field functions. Serving as a key brand ambassador and strategic connector, the Director, InMotion drives growth through executional excellence, talent development, and innovation in the rapidly evolving travel retail technology category.
Salary Range: $112,000-133,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and influence sales performance across all InMotion stores through coaching, accountability, and operational discipline.
- Shape and embed a high-performance, customer-focused culture across all field teams.
- Provide leadership that enhances operational alignment, brand consistency, and sales excellence across every location.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Field teams to ensure alignment on assortment, pricing, merchandising, and executional delivery.
- Represent the InMotion brand across WHSmith North America to ensure priorities, strategies, and goals are aligned with enterprise objectives.
Sales & Performance Management
- Develop and manage sales strategies, promotional plans, and revenue targets that deliver on budgeted expectations.
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor and assess performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution, provide coaching, and ensure operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to build and sustain product knowledge, selling capability, and customer engagement excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, brand requirements, and safety regulations across all InMotion locations.
- Drive consistency in execution, store presentation, and service delivery through standardized playbooks and accountability processes.
- Partner with Field Operations to ensure seamless post-turnover execution and support.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify efficiencies, reduce variability, and improve customer and employee experiences.

- Year-over-year sales growth across InMotion stores.
