Marshall RehabilitationNursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility. If you have experience in building maintenance, repairs, and leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Implement preventive maintenance programs
Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize daily work assignments
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and safety regulations
Maintain facility equipment, grounds, and a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience required
Experience with building maintenance and repairs
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
PayBenefits:
