We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced real estate agent, new agent, or in the process of obtaining your real estate license, we have the tools, the leads, and the mentorship that can take you to a six-figure income!

In this role, you will lease vacant properties that we manage and work with buyers and sellers on the sell/purchase of their homes and investment properties. You will be given the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and prospects from tenants to first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors. Whether you're an experienced realtor or new to the industry, this position offers a chance to build your pipeline while generating steady income.

This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential!

Average annual earning potential: $50,000 - $300,000

• Weekly sales meetings with our broker
• Weekly hands-on coaching and mentoring

• Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
• Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
• Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
• Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
• Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time

• Active Florida real estate license

Salary : $50,000 - $300,000
