The Opportunity
We are in need of a real “go-getter” who can make an immediate impact in our Texas property management division. The main objective of this managerial role is to lead and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in the San Antonio area. This position requires a quick learner who can take initiative, and has impeccable follow-through and communication skills.
Please note: This is NOT a remote position and will require the selected person to be in our San Antonio office, daily.

The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties
- Manage, lead, and train the property management team
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management to property owners and tenants
- Respond to tenant concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records for all properties and submit them in a timely manner to include maintenance requests, monthly statements, move-in/move-out reports, etc
- Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain and build our outstanding reviews and ratings on Yelp, Google, and Zillow
- Take accountability and hold a team accountable to maintain client satisfaction
- Run background checks and screening for applications
- Foster strong relationships with our preferred vendors and help build and maintain our approved vendor list
- Take direction well but exercise good, independent judgment when necessary
- Must be available for emergency on-call rotation
- Property management experience to include single family residential, regional multi-family, and/or multi-site residential
- Texas Real Estate license or the ability to obtain it within the first 120 days of employment
- Experience managing teams of 5 people
- Experience using CRM and property management software
- Quick learner with a passion for real estate
- Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently
- Experience using AppFolio
- Experience using SuiteCRM
- Bachelor's degree
Salary : $18,000 - $85,000
