As a prominent real estate brokerage and property management company operating in California, Texas, and for many years Florida, we are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to make an immediate impact by managing owner lease listings and working with our investors.

In this role, you'll manage lease listings for our investors, providing an opportunity to earn immediate income. You'll also work with a diverse client base, from seasoned investors to first-time homebuyers, through our Tenant Home Buying Program. Whether you're an experienced realtor or new to the industry, this position offers a chance to build your pipeline while generating steady income.

This is a 1099 commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential!

Average annual earning potential: $50,000 - $300,000  

• LEADS: We provide warm, pre-approved LEADS for buyers and sellers
• We provide a wide array of income generating opportunities to include company generated investor purchases and listings, owner lease listings, tenant/homebuyer conversions, and more
• Immediate access to our CRM with 50,000 contacts ready to hear from you
• NO DESK FEES: We do not charge desk fees, admins fees, or monthly fees
• 10 transactions on average per agent, annually
• Proven track record of developing Top Performing Agents
• Weekly sales meetings with our broker
• Weekly hands-on coaching and mentoring

• Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
• Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
• Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
• Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
• Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time

• Active Tennessee real estate license

Salary : $50,000 - $300,000
