Marshall Public School is seeking an energetic, organized, and student-centered Activities Director to lead and oversee all extracurricular programs, student clubs, events, and school-wide activities. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who can inspire student engagement, support advisors and coaches, and who will model and encourage a positive, inclusive school culture.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop, coordinate, and supervise a comprehensive student activities program, including clubs, leadership groups, performing arts, and special events.Plan and manage major school activities such as dances, assemblies, pep rallies, graduation events, and student leadership conferences.Recruit, support, and supervise club advisors, activity sponsors, and student leaders.Manage the activities budget, including fundraising oversight, purchase orders, and financial reporting.Ensure all activities follow district policies, safety protocols, and eligibility requirements.Oversee student government and leadership programs; provide mentorship and training to student leaders.Promote school spirit through events, campaigns, and community involvement.Serve as a liaison among administrators, staff, students, parents, and community organizations.Maintain activity calendars, publicity materials, and digital communication channels.Equal Opportunity Employer: Marshall Public Schools is an equal opportunity employer.
