Job Description
- Maintain, install, and repair heating systems.
- Troubleshoot complex heating and hot water issues.
- Travel to and from each job quickly to maximize your time.
- Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
- Provide detailed feedback to the office.
- Conduct performance tests and adjust system settings to maintain optimal temperature in the home or office.
Skills & Qualifications
In addition to experienced technicians, you are also encouraged to apply if you are mechanically inclined and looking to start a new career. We will provide on the job training in a paid “apprentice” type role.
Required:
- High School diploma or a degree from a heating/plumbing program at a technical school.
- Experience in heating, plumbing and mechanical environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks.
- Good communication skills. Must be able to speak to customers in a way that’s not too technical.
- Able to work on-call overnights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Current driver’s license in good standing order.
Preferred:
- Air Conditioning experience a plus but not required
