Position Description
Marshall Grain Company is hiring a dependable Landscape Driver / Crew Member to transport crews and materials to job sites while supporting our landscape installation work.
We are an established company specializing in organic landscaping and Texas native and adapted plants, serving residential customers throughout our service area.
This role is ideal for someone who is:

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive crew members to customer job sites
- Pick up plant material and supplies from vendors
- Haul materials and debris to and from job sites
- Safely operate pickup truck with trailer
Field Work (part of the role)
- Digging and bed preparation
- Planting and transplanting
- Laying sod
- Spreading soil and mulch
- Removing plants
- Assisting with hardscape installation
You will typically work as part of a 2–5 person crew at residential properties throughout Tarrant County.

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to drive a pickup truck with trailer
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work outdoors in hot and cold weather
- Reliable and punctual
- Basic English communication ability
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
Preferred (but not required)
- Landscape or construction experience
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Experience hauling trailers
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and materials
- Interest in organic landscaping practices
