Childcare Provider

Overview
We are seeking caring and dependable Teacher’s Aides to support our lead teachers and help provide a positive learning environment. We are currently seeking a respectful and reliable individual for our facility!

This role involves nurturing and supervising children in a safe, engaging, and educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children of 6 weeks to 5 years in age, including infants and toddlers, and possess the skills necessary to support their development and well-being.

Duties

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide care for children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and hygiene.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and napping for younger children.
• Collaborate with other caregivers or educators to enhance the overall childcare experience.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience working with children in various capacities such as daycare settings, preschools, or as a nanny. Preferred qualifications include:

• First aid certification.
• Background in early childhood education or childhood development.
• Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, teaching techniques, behavior management strategies, and caregiving practices.
• Previous roles in babysitting or classroom environments are advantageous. We encourage individuals who are passionate about childcare to apply and contribute to creating a nurturing atmosphere for children to thrive.
