Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is hiring two Student Tellers to work at our CU in School branch inside MHS! This is a great opportunity to gain marketable job skills, grow your understanding of financial wellness, and make a difference in your school community.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in an independent study class where you will learn all things finance.
- Operate MHS's CU in School branch, where you will help student members and staff with their banking needs.
- Educate members on products and services available.
- Market MCCU within MHS to students and staff who are not members.
- Provide accurate account transactions, problem solve and deliver excellent customer service.
- Opportunity to pick up paid hours outside of CU in School branch at our main branch and by participating in community events.
- Build your resume, confidence, and career skills-all in a fun, supportive environment.
What You'll Get:
- $14.00/hour starting pay, plus the opportunity to earn referral bonuses. Additional pay is available for bilingual candidates.

Requirements:
- Must be a current junior at Marshall High School who will be a senior for the 2025-2026 school year.
- Must be able to perform basic clerical tasks and enjoy working with people.
Work Schedule:
- Summer before senior year: Mandatory paid training and optional paid shifts available during business hours: Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM-1 PM).
- School year: Scheduled hours during school for class credit, plus optional paid shifts after school Monday-Friday (3-5:30 PM) and Saturdays (8:30 AM-1 PM).
- Community events: Earn additional paid time by helping at events like MHS sporting games, Battle Jacks, etc.
