A Day in the Life of a Teller
As a Teller, you'll be a friendly face welcoming members and making sure they get the best possible service. You'll process transactions accurately, assist with account questions, and help members understand products and services that support their financial goals. One moment you might be helping with a deposit, the next you're walking a member through their financial options. Every interaction is a chance to make banking easy and positive.
You'll also:
- Stay current on banking policies and procedures to ensure secure, smooth transactions.
- Cross-sell products and services that genuinely benefit members.
- Work alongside a supportive team that shares knowledge and helps you grow.
- Represent MCCU with professionalism and sincere care.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual skills are a huge plus (with additional pay available!).
Your Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (with a weekday off to balance it out).
