What You'll Do
- Soft wash residential and commercial homes
- Perform roof cleaning using manufacturer-approved methods
- Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and retaining walls
- Clean gutters and brighten exterior gutters
- Clean exterior windows and screens
- Wash fences, decks, awnings, and outdoor structures
- Set up and safely operate pressure washing and soft wash equipment
- Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
- Inspect properties before and after service
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Represent Marshall Cleaning Service with professionalism at every job
- Exterior cleaning or pressure washing experience preferred (1 year), but we will train the right person
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs when necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Team-oriented and willing to learn
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
