Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Sales Rep to manage and grow our key national accounts. This position reports to the President. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while strategically identifying and securing new business opportunities. Calls on specified existing customers, presents new concepts and products, provide solutions to sales problems. The role also involves developing accurate sales forecasts and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new national account opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Take cold calls and quote equipment to specified customers.
  • Strict adherence to Company policies, confidentiality agreement, code of ethics and rules of conduct.
  • Attend trade shows, meetings and/or conferences for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare monthly account updates for the President.
  • Maintain customer data base.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and account support.

Requirements:

  • Abide by the Marshall Air Systems Mission Statement of Quality First in all interactions with customers, coworkers and suppliers.
  • Prefer to be Familiar with the restaurant equipment market, our competitors and industry trends.
  • Understand complex sales cycles and ability to play the key role of a consultant to all contact levels within an organization.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business and or 3 years of experience in national account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Be extremely organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Work experience and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend trade shows and meetings.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Salary : $70,000
