Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Representative, based in Austin, TX, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. The Account Representative will manage client accounts, foster customer relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting in account management, supporting sales initiatives, and delivering training as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service, including the ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and collaborate with teams
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other account management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
