Marsh Law Firm is recognized worldwide as a premier law firm representing victims of childhood sexual abuse, online child exploitation, and image-based abuse.
We are seeking an experienced self-starter to join our fast-paced New York City law office as a full-time associate attorney. The ideal applicant must have three to five years of experience in federal civil law. This is not a position for recently graduated attorneys.
The position will support our child exploitation team in their efforts to seek justice for victims of child pornography and online child sex abuse in federal courts across the country. Additionally, the associate attorney will work on complex multi-district litigation and federal court briefs and motions in leading cases across the United States.
Candidates should be prepared to handle sensitive matters with compassion, understanding, and measured enthusiasm. This is a highly demanding position that requires intelligence, critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to help victims of sexual abuse and exploitation.
