QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

As the dishwasher you are the backbone of the entire restaurant. You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization and sanitation standards to ensures a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment..All experience levels welcome!
Key Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen workstations.

Assist with garbage disposal, recycling, and cleaning of floors, walls, and kitchen equipment as needed.

Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and assisting with basic food prep when required.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including food allergy and dietary protocols where applicable.

Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
Qualifications

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required: Must be able to meet the physical, mental and environmental demands of the position.
Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Mobility and dexterity to move large, heavy objects up to 100lbs. Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning/sanitizing, and be able to withstand a hot and/or close environment. Must be able to work at a fast pace, and respond to visual and aural clues.
