Purpose:
The role works closely with the procurement operations associates to execute analysis, system requirements and process conformance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Creation and Maintenance to ensure purchasing contract accuracy, contract adherence, and contract reporting
- Provide insights to the Category Leaders:
- Ad Hoc reporting
- Supplier Survey
- MCIT and OTIF report
- Contract balancing
- Inventory Performance
- Lead time management reporting
- Support our clients Service Desk to expedite invoice issue resolution.
- Support and Track consignment Issue resolutions
- Inventory tracking and Safety Stock Set up
- Supports new materials by collaborating with key business stakeholders to verify item set-up accuracy and follow-through in preparation for contract execution
- Analyze Commercial operations program metrics and provide analytic insight to buying category leadership.
- Ensure continuity of the inbound supply of materials into product manufacturing locations through timely management of inbound quality requirements
- Inbound Confirmation (hyper care Suppliers or Materials):
- Daily connection with the sites to support any service incident.
- Weekly connection with the Analyst Community to Identify system process Improvements.
- Create and track projects to create efficiencies and minimize future/repeatable service incidents.
- Concession Process
- Be an extended member of the Commercial Operation team.
- Collaborate with MCS, content team and category managers to develop optimal buying channels to transact with the supply base

Relevant experience working within Commercial, Supply Chain, Planning

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech Savvy
- Must be a team player who executes with a sense of urgency.
- Must have: SAP Experience
