What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Technician position at Marsh Bellofram?
Marsh Bellofram Group based in Newell, WV, just outside of the Pittsburgh, PA Metro area consists of multiple industry leading brands focused on industrial control and measurement. We are experiencing strong growth and need to expand our team. Products include gas pressure regulators, gauges, high precision pneumatic controls, engineered rubber and silicone components, critical space motor protection and industrial process timing instruments. Our customers are in a wide array of markets such as energy, manufacturing, water treatment, utilities, aerospace and defense.
Job Summary
To modify, rebuild, repair, assemble, test, or repair electronic and electrical equipment and controls. Applies knowledge of electronic principles in determining equipment malfunctions, and applies skills in repairing and or restoring equipment to operation.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Use logical methods in assembling and testing of units
- Repair basic defects with minimal direction
- Use and understand basic electronic test equipment to include voltage generators, meters, oscilloscopes
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and instructions
- Work safely around electronic and electrical equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of PLC Applications
Minimum Requirements
- Two year electronic technician degree or equivalent experience
- Has good soldering, de-soldering, and repair skills
- Ability to read and understand written work instructions
- Obtain a good understanding of analog and digital circuits

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
