What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate M&A Associate position at Marsden?
A top US law firm and global powerhouse is looking to grow its Corporate team at the mid-senior associate level.
A broad range of experience can be considered including strategic M&A, PE and public M&A. This is an opportunity to work under some of the biggest deal makers in the market with an impressive bank of clients across a number of different sectors.
Ideally, the team is looking to consider those with at least 3 years experience in a comparable setting. Corporate lawyers with experience from strong private practice teams in Canada and Australia are encouraged to apply but if you are coming from one of these jurisdictions you would need to have at least 4 years of experience.
