Position Title: Floor Technician
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2 years of experience as a floor technician
- Experience with buffing, stripping, and waxing floors
- Experience in carpet care and cleaning
- Ability to lift 20–50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license required
Job Duties
As a Floor Technician, cleaning and floor care will be your primary responsibilities. Duties include:
- Performing general floor maintenance and care
- Buffing, stripping, and waxing various floor surfaces
- Operating carpet cleaning equipment and maintaining carpets
- Ensuring floors are clean, safe, and well-maintained
