Apartment Cleaner at Marsden
Shift Details:
Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am – 1:30 pm
Hours per Week: 12 hour
Location:
Oakdale & Woodbury, MN
Job Description:
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to qualify for this position. You will be responsible for cleaning two apartment buildings located less than 10 minutes apart .
Job Duties:
Clean and sanitize bathrooms (including toilets and sinks)
Maintain community rooms and common areas
Empty and replace trash cans
Vacuum carpets and mop floors
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
Reliable personal vehicle
Comfortable driving in winter conditions
Pre-employment drug screen required
THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Willing to consent to a background check
Must be at least 18 years old
Basic English proficiency required for safety
