The Quality Lead is responsible for supporting the Mars Quality and Food Safety systems through reviewing shift conformance, handling the hold and management program and supporting other quality systems as
required. The Quality Lead ensures and verifies that all Quality checks are performed from receiving to shipping processes through review of shift conformance. They are responsible for ensuring ingredients and products
meet all Quality Specifications. This role Is responsible for overseeing shift conformance and hold and release processes. In addition, they will support the site quality team with other quality systems in compliance with Mars Quality System Program Standard.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum Qualifications: Have at least a year of production experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems.
- 1 year of experience in a production environment.
- Attention to detail and good organization skills.
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to follow Instructions and strictly follow procedures.
- Maintain shift conformance program to ensure all ingredients and products meet quality
- Maintain all records of quality checks as it relates to Shift conformance and hold and release
- Lead hold and release program, including retaining all required records.
- Track hold and what Information Is required for Investigation and disposition.
- Maintain holds In SAP and how to troubleshoot or escalate Issues.
- Help support traceability programs
- Inform shift (or area) leads of any quality deviations for Ingredients or finished product.
- Support other quality systems as needed to ensure compliance to Mars Standards.
